Delivery & Returns
Standard delivery take place on weekdays (Monday to Friday)-10.30am to 7.30pm.
Special request for delivery on Saturday/ Sunday depends on availability only.
We will deliver your order on a pre-scheduled date. Delivery confirmation will made via email/SMS/call before delivery date. Be sure you or is home to sign for delivery, if there is no one at home when delivery arrives, transportation fees will be charged for the next re-delivery.
If you need to cancel the delivery on the confirmed date and make new delivery date, please contact us at least 1 day in advance.
If you live somewhere with parking restrictions it would help us if you arrange a permit for the delivery in advance.
Please ensure pathway access to your living room is clear, the pathway should be clear of all obstacles.
We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia). At this stage, we do not deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), if you wish your order to ship to East Malaysia, please contact us.
Upon arrival of the sofa, please check your items carefully. Our third party logistic service provider will ask you to sign the delivery order as confirmation of goods received, keep your official purchase invoice for claim and warranty purpose in future.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that's been damaged in transit or has manufacturing defects, please notify us, take pictures and write down the details, contact our customer service promptly, or not later than 72 hours of receiving your product.
Once the claim has been validated, we will either repair or replace the damaged/defective components to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.
