Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: We are currently operate online at handcraftsofa.com, if you would like to take a closer look prior to purchase, you are welcomed to make a visit to our studio at No.12, Jalan Setia Dagang, AJU13/AJ, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Most items are on display. Feel free to book an appoinment with us.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to Klang Valley address on a flat rate charge, delivery to the rest areas of Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) will be charged base on geo zone area. At this stage, we do not deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), if you wish your order to ship to East Malaysia, please contact us for shipping arrangement.
Q: How about colour accurate?
A: As we have made every effort to display the finish colour & texture as best we can for all product images on website, however please bear in mind that colour display on any individual monitor can be vary due to different computer browser settings. Contact us if you need further information about the product.
Q: Can I request for sample swatch?
A: Yes, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send the swatch to you for your selection.
Q: How do I place an order online?
A: Just simply select your desired item, choose your preferred size and color, click the "Add to Cart” option.
- Proceed to "Checkout", follow the step-by-step instructions to fill up your details, select payment method, write down if there is any remark for your order, do take a double check again.
- Click "Confirm" your order and you are done!
- Once the transactions is approved, the operation will start proceed your order.
Q: What kind of payment method do you accept?
A: We accept direct online bank fund trasfer, we accept credit card payments through Paypal: Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. We also accept cheque on order in our studio.
Q: How long will it take to deliver the sofa?
A: We manufacture the sofa to your order, usually the production lead time takes 3~8 weeks to be ready for delivery.
Q: I can't take delivery for a long time for my house is under renovation progress, should I still order now?
A: You can still place your order now and just let us know when you would like us to ship to you. We will make a remark on your order to ship on yor specified date.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received and placed, update you the status of your order and expected delivery lead time.
Q: Will my sofa fit in through the lift, staircase and doorway?
A: We provide dimensions of the sofa on our website, please check and ensure the sofa will fit in through before delivery.
Q: Can I return the sofa if I don't like it after I get it?
A: No, please know that the sofa is manufactured as made to order item, we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges on your sofa.
